Hi, I’m Arturo Falck — a technologist, entrepreneur, and CEO of Whoo.ai, a company working at the intersection of conversational AI and public space infrastructure. We specialize in software for intercoms and help points, especially in transportation systems, stadiums, and municipalities.
I created this account to contribute constructively to articles related to Conversational AI, voice-first systems, and AI-powered infrastructure. My goal is to help improve public understanding of these emerging technologies—especially where they intersect with safety, access, and real-time communication.
Before founding Whoo, I worked at Goldman Sachs and at MITIMCo (MIT’s investment management company), where I focused on systems, analytics, and technology. That experience helped shape my belief that AI systems should be transparent, secure, and purpose-driven—especially in public environments.
I studied Electrical Engineering — AI and Robotics at Virginia Tech and am currently based in Boston. You can learn more about me on LinkedIn.
I aim to follow Wikipedia’s guidelines for neutral point of view, conflict of interest, and reliable sourcing. While I may occasionally reference companies or pilots I’ve been involved with, I will always disclose my connection when relevant.
If you have any questions about my edits or intentions, feel free to reach out via my Talk page. I'm happy to collaborate.
