The 2019 African Women's Handball Cup Winners' Cup was the 35th edition, organized by the African Handball Confederation, under the auspices of the International Handball Federation, the handball sport governing body. The tournament was held from April 5–14, 2019, at the salles Prince Heritier Moulay El Hassan and 16 Aout in Oujda, Morocco, contested by 8 teams and won by Primeiro de Agosto of Angola.[1]
