Giade is a Local Government Area of Bauchi State, Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Giade. It become local government in 1996. The most dominantly spoken languages in the area are Hausa and Fulfulde.[1][2] Fulani are The largest tribe in the LGA.
It has an area of 668 km2 and a population of 156,969 at the 2006 census.
The postal code of the area is 750.[3]
Climate
[edit]Giade's wet season is humid, mainly gloomy, and has year-round highs and lows of 56 to 103 degrees Fahrenheit.[4]
Climate change is causing a temperature trend of warmer and colder temperatures.[5]
