New Crime City is a 1994 American-Peruvian science fiction film directed by Jonathan Winfrey for New Horizons.[1][2] Winfrey said the movie "is not a piece of junk, but it’s not a film a lot of people get to see, unfortunately. I really like it because we had such a fun time making it.”[3]
The film was one of ten that Roger Corman made in Peru with Luis Llosa.[4][5]
TV Guide said "the social commentary is never obtrusive, and New Crime City rarely falters in satisfying action fans' lust for adventure while exercising their brain cells and engaging their emotions as well."[6]
