Public Domain
It is pretty clear that Sections 1.7 through 1.11 (Lineage, Assignments, Components, Stations and Aircraft assigned) is originally sourced to an earlier version of [1], which puts that material in the public domain, although the article needs to be revised to reflect the wing's expeditionary status.
The information in the infobox is also not subject to copyvio.

The current article is not under the most recent name of the unit, and one it only held for two years. I think this can be deleted. Since there was not much difference between the effort to rework this article to avoid copyvios and starting a new one, I have started an article under its most recent name, the 63d Air Expeditionary Wing, although an argument can be made that the 28 years as the 63d Military Airlift Wing would make that a better location for the main article. --Lineagegeek (talk) 23:14, 5 June 2016 (UTC)
