- ... that the German director Michael Herbig would not have made the 2018 film Balloon about the East German balloon escape in 1979 without the blessing of the families who carried it out?

- Interesting substantial film article, on fine sources, no copyvio obvious. I like the hook fact, but not the wording. "The German director" - that could mean any director, then a name - we may have lost readers already before the bold name comes. I'd like to see "film" sooner, and "German" only once. Want to try, Rcsprinter123? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 19:37, 28 September 2021 (UTC)

- @Gerda Arendt: any chance you could cite the hook fact inline? theleekycauldron (talk • contribs) (they/them) 16:32, 7 October 2021 (UTC)
- Sorry, I don't understand. I'm the reviewer, and I read "Herbig signed consulting contracts with the Strelzyk and Wetzel families, without whose blessing he would not have made the film." with an inline citation right after it. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 22:13, 7 October 2021 (UTC)
- @Gerda Arendt: you're right, that's my bad! I was looking for a citation for the fact that it's based on the east german balloon escape. theleekycauldron (talk • contribs) (they/them) 05:35, 8 October 2021 (UTC)
