The region is historically better known as Beth Garmai (1,110 hits on google books) or Beth Garme (288 hits on google books) or Beth Garmaï etc..., while Garmian counts for a mere 205 in google books. However the last term have been lately publicised by the Kurdish parties of Iraq as seen from a general google search.--Rafy talk 20:49, 20 June 2011 (UTC)

He only mentions a Persian tribe.
