Exit 27, Soledad Canyon Road
The CalNEXUS report lists the exit. It's also visible on Google Maps Street View here. The advance sign shows the exit number, while the sign at the exit itself still omits the number as of November 2018 when Google photographed the area. In short, it's not a "fake exit".
