Should this article be named "Casio 5600 series" instead of "Casio DW-5600C"? Should it be merged with the Casio DW-5600E page? I don't see any reason why the DW-5600C and DW-5600E should have their own pages while the G-5600, GW-5600, GW-M5600, G-5600E and DW-5600 only get a mention, and other models such as DW-5600NS are not mentioned at all. 76.194.212.103 (talk) 19:10, 24 August 2010 (UTC)
The reason for having a seperate DW 5600C page is that it is unique compared to all the other 5600 models in that it is the original 5600, it is made in Japan were most of the others are made in China and the design has been markedly changed for the preceding 5600 models (e.g. resin case, plate on back with 4 screws, the bezels and bands from later models will not fit the C, only the C is certified by NASA for space travel and there are other peculiar features the C has that none of the others have.
I do not think the page should be merged because of these distinguishing factors. Motzingw (talk) 11:36, 23 August 2011 (UTC)
