Cambridge University vs. EPAR patent dispute
There's an ongoing patent dispute regarding the idea behind the mechanism between Cambridge University and EPAR, a company in Poland. I couldn't find any sources in English but the translations below should shed some light:

I think it's an important fact and should be included in the article. --Fallenartist (talk) 19:30, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
- Obsolete.
- The article "Człowiek, który przejechał Newtona" (A man who ran over Newton) from the first link disappeared from wyborcza.biz (Gazeta Wyborcza web service).
- In the second link the whole source domain epar.pl does not work anymore.
