Notable events
"thanks for converting the section!" User:Adavidb
Sure thing Adavidb, glad to be working with you, thanks for you contributions also. Need any help with anything let me know. Fothergill Volkensniff IV (talk) 16:59, 24 January 2009 (UTC)
High school graduations?
Is it noteable many high school graduations were held here? It's not common for J. Random Citizen to say they walked the same stage as the Rolling Stones and Britney Spears. Of course, I am biased, being one of said graduates. Lots42 (talk) 07:48, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
- No. Not unless a notable person was a graduate who appeared on the stage there.. and that would be pushing it.. see the note in the editing not to make it a list for all the bands who appeared there. I think if all the schools who used their stage were listed there, it would amount to the same thing.--Leahtwosaints (talk) 21:10, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
Future events
Please don't add events that are planned but haven't yet occured. I left a note in the editing.. while a show is to be held, for free, but has now passed, what can other editors do with an entry like that??! There isn't any reference to explain the event which would be notable if it did happen, but it places extra work on us because we'd have to hunt down the actual event, etc. I'm leaving that entry there but don't feel too happy about it.--Leahtwosaints (talk) 21:10, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- I changed the verbs in those two sentences to past tense. —ADavidB 00:12, 8 September 2009 (UTC)
Thanks! I dislike feeling a nagging need to return and see if it's been cleaned up! --Leahtwosaints (talk) 00:38, 8 September 2009 (UTC)
RfC: Is the material in "Notable events" section relevant?
173.48.120.161 (talk) removed content from the section. Thinking it was vandalism/test edit, i reverted it. He reverted me, then was reverted by Cluebot NG for doing so.
Discussion followed, started on my talk page by 173.48.120.161 and replied to on his.
Being no expert on the subject, i would like to know whether or not the material in the "notable events" section should be removed (in all or part). Cheers, benzband (talk) 15:08, 25 January 2012 (UTC)
What's missing from this article?
Answer: a picture of the subject. Of the two images, neither provides the reader with an image of the facility and its surroundings. Sjkoblentz (talk) 18:29, 20 May 2014 (UTC)
