Hi MaryB-INF2165. Thank you for your contribution to Wikipedia! Unfortunately this article has some serious problems. It appears to be more a well researched op-ed piece than an encyclopedic article. The tone and wording strongly suggest an agenda or POV which is inconsistent with the objective neutrality required of articles.
