A fact from Neurocracy appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 12 October 2021 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
@Teratix, this article is currently at about 500 characters. If we can get it up to 1500 characters, it'll be eligible for DYK. I think something basic like ...that in the browser gameNeurocracy, players explore a fictional successor to Wikipedia launched in 2049? could perform very well. {{u|Sdkb}}talk22:44, 26 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I just expanded it enough to meet the minimum length threshold. It still requires additional work to get to DYK-level quality, but I'm going to make the nomination now so I don't forget it, as the eligibility window closes in a day. {{u|Sdkb}}talk23:16, 26 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

... that in the browser gameNeurocracy, players explore a fictional successor to Wikipedia launched in 2049? Source: Kotaku "Neurocracy is a browser-based cyberpunk murder mystery story told over the course of 10 real-world weeks and 10 in-game days, through the hypothetical successor to Wikipedia, Omnipedia."
Comment: I came across this fascinating game today via the Signpost and wanted to nominate it before the DYK window closes. I've made the article just long enough to meet the length requirement, but it could still use expansion in various other areas.
Overall: Expanded significantly (actually 5x, so doubly eligible) since the nomination so that should no longer be an issue. It's nice to have the self-reference in the hook. – Joe (talk) 13:56, 30 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
