Assessment
I've downgraded this to C-class. In theory, it should be downgraded all the way to start, since it's missing one of the main sections – the lead. Also, the article does not have enough references to be considered B-class.
- Most of the article has been rewritten, and all of it has been re-referenced. It's definitely B-Class now, and could be a GAN with some copyediting and a map or two in the history (which I'll get around to adding at some point soon). – TMF 07:13, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
