My story
The beginning
I created my first account on Italian Wikipedia (← See languages ) on 30 September 2008 at 21:29 (UTC+02:00) when I was 14, nicknamed AndryRosanero. I made my first edit just after 8 minutes in the page of the video game Hogs of War, which I tried to complete on the whole day of October 1st. On the same day I also modified my user page by adding a little introduction of myself.
On 16 and 24 November 2008 I updated the pages of some characters of the TV show Heroes, which is one of my favorite TV shows still today.
I came back to Wikipedia only on 9 August 2011 when I deleted my biography on my user page and replaced it with the phrase Nothing to say. According to my memories, the reason was melancholia I felt because of a heartbreak. My introduction, in fact, had a very cheerful and playful mood, a trait of my nature turned over the years into a more rigid and uncompromising attitude.
My latest edits were in the period between April and May 2012 about spanish footballer Fernando Torres and 2011–12 Segunda División. During my activity I made only 53 edits.
Second account
After being inactive for about 3 years, on 4 October 2015 at 11:51 (UTC+02:00) I created a new account nicknamed Iennandrea. During those years, in fact, an obsession with wiping the slate clean and deleting the past was born in me to such an extent that I even deleted my Youtube account with more than 900 subscribers (I regret it still today).
Under this new account I mainly dedicated myself to one of my greatest passions, football. Especially, from 2015 I update the seasons of Palermo, trying to be as precise, accurate and meticulous as possible. In 2016 I moved to English Wikipedia, where I contribute not only to the seasons of the rosanero club, but also to Serie B, Serie C and Serie D pages, since there are fewer users than Italian Wikipedia.
However, I'm not only involved in football. In fact, I make good use of the encyclopedia for any other topics as well and correcting spelling errors or adding trivia is not uncommon for me.
Back to the first account
The night between 30 April and 1 May 2021 I remembered having another account. I also remembered the nickname AndryRosanero and even the password. After logging in, I felt nostalgic in observing that my first experience on the encyclopedia dated back 13 years earlier. This feeling seems inconsistent with my obsession with erasing the past. However, during the quarantine for the 2020–21 COVID-19 pandemic, having spent more than a year in total inactivity, I discovered that my personal meaning of life was to create good memories. So I decided to put my second account on hold and to use my first one full time, not before having requested the change of my nickname in Andyen94.
