Hello, Traptor12. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, David Holt (voice actor), for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want David Holt (voice actor) to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.
If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.

Speedy deletion nomination of OMFGItsJackAndDean
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on OMFGItsJackAndDean requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Thine Antique Pen (talk) 22:19, 29 October 2012 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

The article Christopher Obi has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Minor actor with mostly bit parts. Fails WP:NACTOR. There is also no independent, reliable references.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Bgwhite (talk) 07:53, 4 November 2012 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Eric Idle. Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Cuba Gooding, Jr.. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Thank you. Please read WP:FILMOGRAPHY for the guidelines on how to format filmography tables. They need to be sortable, and 'rowspan' cannot be used as it breaks accessibility. Elizium23 (talk) 18:34, 23 November 2012 (UTC)

References
Thank you for trying to add references to Sam Marin, you appear to be new here -- although you also seem to have a pretty good clue about some of our policies.
However, our policies regarding reliable sources may be something you're unaware of. WP:IRS is a good place to start reading, and if you have questions on particular sites, about whether they'd be considered reliable for a given use, you can always search the archives or start a new discussion at the appropriate noticeboard. Wikia, much like wikipedia itself, is essentially never considered a reliable source of for the purposes of Wikipedia notability, as it is essentially user-published without editorial oversight. So, while I have not given a opinion at the discussion as to whether Sam Marin should be deleted, at this point, I believe that, without additional, more reliable third-party sources, it is unlikely to be kept. With regard to IMDB, you may also wish to read WP:IMDB. Please let me know if I can help explain any of our policies in greater detail.
Alternatively, those folks at the Teahouse above are awesome, and always willing to help editors as well.

Famousbirthdays.com as a source
Hi Traptor12 . I'm in the process of removing famousbirthdays.com as a source from Wikipedia, because it's not reliable (See Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Noticeboard/Archive_153#Is_famousbirthdays.com_a_reliable_source_for_personal_information). I noticed that you've added it, and wanted to make sure you understood why it's being removed. I also removed discogs.com, which disclaims accuracy and is user-generated. If you disagree, let's discuss it. Thanks. --Ronz (talk) 20:32, 19 September 2017 (UTC)

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you violate Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy by inserting unsourced or poorly sourced defamatory or otherwise controversial content into an article or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Harvey Weinstein. Information about discretionary sanctions
Please carefully read this information:
The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.
Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you that sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.TonyBallioni (talk) 19:56, 3 November 2017 (UTC)
- This notice is different than the warning above: it is alerting you that Wikipedia has special rules regarding following the biographies of living persons policy, and that uninvolved administrators can take actions, including topic banning you from editing articles about living people or blocking you if you do not follow the policy. Any controversial material about living people must be sourced, especially if it involves a criminal conviction. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Philip Stone, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page ITV (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Speedy deletion nomination of Danny Mann

The article Owen Dennis has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Non-notable peraon. Has no reliable source
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:00, 14 March 2022 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contribution(s). I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, while user talk pages permit a small degree of generalisation, other talk pages such as Talk:Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny are strictly for discussing improvements to their associated main pages, and many of them have special instructions on the top. They are not a general discussion forum about the article's topic or any other topic. If you have questions or ideas and are not sure where to post them, consider asking at the Teahouse. Thanks.
