Hi I was just going through the page history for the Stegocephalia article and I saw that you had a spat with this user. Now I would not normally think anything of it except when I looked to see what was going on between the two of you it seems that Lavalizard101 mentioned his source (which you dismissed as a random website), yet you failed to mention yours or even attempt to point him to the references linked. Now to an unknowledgeable person that could look suspicious and look like you were trying to hide an opposing idea (and making it look like they were in the wrong by using a random website). The wording you used in the edit summary could come off as a bit arrogant and make it look like you didn't attempt to look at the website he provided. Now i am not saying you were wrong but it could give the impression that you are abusing the right to edit to "protect" a page from opposing ideas. Waterwhale12 (talk) 12:03, 14 March 2018 (UTC)
- It seems even more suspicious that a completely random user with no prior edits would suddenly come to the defence of a banned user. Now I'm not saying you're a WP:sockpuppet, but... FunkMonk (talk) 12:34, 14 March 2018 (UTC)
- The source I used was the existing source already used to support the information in the article before Lavalizard101 made his edits. It is open-access and anyone can see what the "correct" cladogram is. Furthermore, the edits were made to a cladogram reporting the results of a specific phylogenetic analysis, which constitutes falsification of data. Lavalizard101 needs to add a second cladogram that demonstrates the results he is discussing, if one exists, rather than editing the cladogram from a study that does not show his results. Dinoguy2 (talk) 17:12, 14 March 2018 (UTC)
- Waterwhale12 seems to be starting to stalk me that is twice now that he has made a comment on other users talk pages about edit wars that I have been involved in (always it seems that he tries to defend me even when i am in the wrong). Also FunkMonk I am not banned. Lavalizard101 (talk) 14:57, 15 March 2018 (UTC) Further I have a suspicion that I may know him in real life, will ask him to stop doing this if my suspicion is correct but if he does not listen then I am happy for you to warn him and block him if necessary. List of Late Quaternary prehistoric bird species at AfD
List of Late Quaternary prehistoric bird species is up for deletion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Late Quaternary prehistoric bird species. I see you had a lot to do with this article in its early days (along with what looks like most other editors!) and you're still around today. Can anything be done to referencee this better? There has been so much work put in which would be a great shame to lose. Best wishes. Thincat (talk) 18:55, 11 June 2018 (UTC)
Doliosauriscus
Hi Dinoguy2,
Why Doliosauriscus became a redirect of the Titanophoneus? According to the page's history you made the redirect. Regards. DenesFeri (talk) 08:00, 22 August 2018 (UTC)

Good work on Dionysus
Thank you for all the good work you've done on Dionysus. I've been meaning to try and untangle things there but have felt daunted. A couple of issues though. I see that you've copied chunks of text from our articles on Zagreus and Iacchus. Those two articles (written mostly by me) use citations like "Nilsson, p. 202" with an associated entry in the "References" section:
- Nilsson, Martin, P., "Early Orphism and Kindred Religions Movements", The Harvard Theological Review, Vol. 28, No. 3 (Jul., 1935), pp. 181–230. JSTOR 1508326
which gives the full bibliographic information for the cited sources. So when you copy such a citation you also need to copy the associated work in the "References" section. I will try to work on adding these, but any help / double checking you could do would be appreciated. The other thing is being consistent with BC/AD vs BCE/CE. This article has for some time now used BC/AD, so we should probably not change things. Again thanks for all the good work! Regards, Paul August ☎ 16:43, 24 January 2019 (UTC)

Dippy
As one of the all-time top 3 editors of Diplodocus, I thought you might be interested in a related article I created yesterday (Dippy (Diplodocus carnegii)) – it's considered the world's best known dinosaur skeleton, and has a fascinating story behind it. Any comments or suggestions for improvement would be greatly appreciated. Onceinawhile (talk) 11:37, 25 February 2019 (UTC)
Tyrannosaurus
Hi. Do you think you could expand the description section for T-rex like you did for Stego? A new article was published describing the largest specimen. LittleJerry (talk) 19:21, 22 March 2019 (UTC)
Triple Goddess (Neopaganism)
With the addition of the infobox, you've put the triple-moon symbol at the top of the article. Although that symbol is well-established today, its history is rather obscure, and it either didn't exist in the first half of the 20th century, or was very little known during that time (see Talk:Triple Goddess (Neopaganism)#The symbol of the subject... Taxonomy question
Hi, I noticed that you did most of the work on Apatornis. According to the article and the sources used there, its taxonomic position is uncertain beyond being a likely member of Ornithurae; the taxobox uses the taxonomy template at Template:Taxonomy/Apatornis to show this relationship. However, there are also taxonomy templates at Template:Taxonomy/Apatornithiformes and Template:Taxonomy/Apatornithidae, which you set up, but which are not used in any taxobox. Are they needed? Speedy deletion nomination of Palaeornis
A tag has been placed on Palaeornis requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
Need this to be deleted to move the Epauletted Parakeet page that was created a few days ago here. That name seems to just be a made up common name for this animal genus page. Once this page is deleted that page can be moved to this title.
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, pages that meet certain criteria may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
