Alexis Andre
He doesn't have Morocco caps and wasn't born in Morocco, so we shouldn't be using the Moroccan flag. OGLV (talk) 14:58, 8 October 2022 (UTC)
- Dear @OGLV. We are talking about the FIFA eligibility rules, not caps, which is used for all nationalities on Wikipedia. You are filling the page with misinformation, therefore I'll have an Administrator look into this matter. Afrique0512 (talk) 19:59, 8 October 2022 (UTC)
- It clearly says on top: "Note: Flags indicate national team as defined under FIFA eligibility rules. Players may hold more than one non-FIFA nationality." The player in question is a former Under-23 international for Morocco's youth team, with two squad appearances and 0 caps, as seen in the provided source. Afrique0512 (talk) 20:01, 8 October 2022 (UTC)
If he has no caps then he's not a Morocco international, is he? I've reverted again as he remains eligible for France. OGLV (talk) 21:12, 8 October 2022 (UTC)
- Once again incorrect, appearing for the U23 makes him an international with 0 caps, as seen for multiple FIFA eligibility rules. The player has a FIFA nationality tied to Morocco, while still being eligible for France and Guadeloupe. This however does not change unless another call-up has been made by said national teams. Please provide source instead of vandalizing the page and breaking the guidelines, for the rules are very clear. Afrique0512 (talk) 19:51, 9 October 2022 (UTC)
Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from one or more pages into Draft:Intellivision Entertainment. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 15:30, 23 December 2022 (UTC)

Nasrat nationality
Does that ref say he's ethnically Afghani or an Afghan citizen? Nswix (talk) 17:34, 19 July 2023 (UTC)
- Yes, the former. Also, multiple sources on the page already back up his ethnicity, like this article: https://www.sportskeeda.com/mma/news-nasrat-haqparast-discusses-heartbreaking-flag-ban-hopes-represent-afghanistan-future-exclusive “Haqparast continued and stated that he hopes to be able to represent his native country in the future once the political scenario changes.” which is used as a reference. Afrique0512 (talk) 20:06, 20 July 2023 (UTC)
- Per MOS:ETHNICITY we only list nationality in the lead. As his ethnicity is well-covered in the 'Background' section. Nswix (talk) 22:43, 20 July 2023 (UTC)
- The nationality in the “lead” is a subjective topic. Also based on MOS:ETHNICITY, Nasrat resides in Morocco, not Germany. Why would that be his “lead” nationality when looking at it objectively? Afrique0512 (talk) 20:11, 5 August 2023 (UTC)
- Because hes neither a Morrocan, nor Afghan national. Why would we include either if he's a national of neither. Nswix (talk) 20:21, 5 August 2023 (UTC)
- He is an Afghan national as provided in the source. Afrique0512 (talk) 10:03, 9 August 2023 (UTC)
